What these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of this website and to applying for membership. They are not a membership agreement. If your application is accepted, we will send you the membership terms, including the fee, what is included and how to cancel, before you are asked to commit or pay anything.
Applying for membership
- Membership is by application only. Submitting the form is a request to be considered; it does not create a contract or reserve anything.
- Membership fees start from £20,000 per year. The fee that applies to you will be confirmed in writing before you join.
- We decide at our discretion whether to offer membership and do not have to give reasons.
- Please make sure the information you give us is accurate. If you apply for someone else, you confirm you have their permission.
- You must be 18 or over to apply.
Travel and hospitality arrangements
Experiences described on this site are examples of what members can ask us to arrange. Availability is never guaranteed. Hotels, villas, yachts, events and other services are provided by independent suppliers on their own terms, which we will share with you before you book. Any financial protection that applies to a booking (for example under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018) will be confirmed to you in writing when you book.
Using this website
- You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Do not misuse the site: no attempts to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it, or submit false or automated applications.
- The content, design and branding of the site belong to us or our licensors. Do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
- We try to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as general information, and we may change or suspend it at any time.
Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses caused by your use of the site that were not foreseeable, or for business losses. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Your personal data
How we use the information you give us is explained in our Privacy Notice.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at [PRIVACY CONTACT EMAIL — Dean to confirm] and we will try to resolve it.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies when you use the site.
